  • Yes. Delivery, setup, and pickup are included within our standard service area. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside our delivery zone.

  • We typically deliver and fully set up your rental before your event begins and return afterward for pickup. Exact delivery and pickup times will be confirmed prior to your event date.

  • We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payments.

  • Yes. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your rental and secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 3 days prior to your event.

  • If you need to cancel your event, your deposit will remain on file and may be applied toward a future booking date. Once you are ready to reschedule, your deposit can be transferred to your new reservation.

    Events rescheduled more than once may be subject to a $50 rescheduling fee.

    For reservations paid in full, credit card and payment processing fees are non refundable in the event of cancellation.

    We appreciate as much advance notice as possible for cancellations or schedule changes.

  • We can safely set up on grass, concrete, turf, and other flat surfaces depending on the rental item and setup requirements.

    For safety and equipment protection, we cannot set up on gravel, rocks, dirt, uneven ground, or steep hills.

  • Yes. We can set up at parks and public venues. Please confirm park rules, permits, and electricity access with your local park before booking.

    Insurance certificates can also be provided upon request. Please share any park requirements with us at the time of booking.

  • Absolutely. Every rental is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and inspected before each event to ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable experience for every family.

  • For everyone’s safety, inflatables must be deflated when winds reach 15 mph or higher. Strong wind gusts can create dangerous conditions even when equipment is properly secured. This policy is strictly enforced with no exceptions.

    Light rain typically does not affect our inflatables. If you choose to cancel due to weather, your deposit can be applied toward a future available date.

    We ask that cancellations or postponements be made by 7:00 a.m. on the day of your rental. After this time, refunds or discounts cannot be provided as delivery routes and crews have already been scheduled.

    Once equipment has been delivered and set up, all payments become non refundable. Rentals are based on reserved time, not actual usage time.

  • To keep our inflatables safe, clean, and in excellent condition, the following items are not permitted on or around the equipment:

    • Shoes

    • Food or drinks

    • Gum

    • Confetti or glitter

    • Gender reveal powders

    • Silly string

    • Face paint

    • Paint, markers, pens, or crayons

    • Sharp objects

    • Pets

    These items can permanently stain, damage, or puncture the inflatable material.

    The renter is responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, repair, or replacement costs beyond normal wear and tear.
